I grew up reading my older brother's Calvin & Hobbes comic books, usually at the dining room table. Bill Watterson covered all sorts of topics with a sharp and astute sense of humor; writing is no exception. Whether one agrees, disagrees or lands somewhere in the grey, Watterson always seems to succeed at making people think.
